In 2017, I had a baby, grew my existing business and launched a new venture soon after. I learned from experience and other mom-entrepreneurs the essential tips on how to thrive as both a mom and entrepreneur.
I'm now on a mission to help others. Why? Because I believe in the power of moms to not only change their families’ lives, but also the world. They create businesses that are good for people and the planet. Moms can play a pivotal role in the climate crisis.

Meet Stephanie
I'm Stephanie McLarty and I launched REfficient in 2010, an award-winning company in telecom resale and recycling that I grew to a million in sales by year 3.
A few years ago, I became a mom to a beautiful redhead.
Life changed completely, but what remained the same was my love for entrepreneurship. It’s not always easy juggling a family and businesses, but the freedom and flexibility to create life on our terms is an absolute gift.
I am committed to sharing what I’ve learned along the way so other women can be with their kids as they grow, support their family financially and live a fulfilled life.
I also believe in the power of moms to change the world because they intuitively create people- and planet-friendly businesses. Which we so need right now.
